My son selected Marci and was familiar with her work. Our goal was to sell the house before the end of the year and that goal was met. Marci understands what needs to be done to sell your house. When my son first contacted her she stressed the importance of making a good first impression. She looked over the house and gave us a checklist of items to complete before listing it.
